With honesty I have tried to
present my life path through
my album my presentation
of my work mainly in my
last stop as being a
Minister of Manpower and
Migration , the position I
have been honored to in
December 2005
I have
tried to draw a brighter
picture of the work at the
Ministry of Manpower and
Migration , the Ministry in
charge of workers in Egypt
and abroad , and their work
relations facilitating a
decent life for the humans .
Maintaining a relation with
Egyptian Abroad serving ,
facilitating , boosting a
relation with the second and
third generation to their
home country .
The Challenges of
Development and
Employability n Human
Investment , decent work are
the proprieties of the
Governmental Agenda . Also
important in this phase is
rooting the culture of
employer-employee dialogue
in Egypt’s workplace
promoting an appropriate
legal environment and a
culture of consultation and
dialogue in Egypt based on
core labor standards.
Aiming to enhance the
ability of workers and
employers to engage in
constructive dialogue,
strengthen employers’ and
workers’ organizations to
better represent their
members and strengthen the
capacity of the Ministry of
Manpower and Migration to
prevent and settle labor
disputes. The tripartite
social dialogue between
employers, employees and the
state, which forms the core
of the ILO project, is a
continuation of the
government’s initiatives
.Collective bargaining is
the most important tool of
the current Labor Law. If
the dialogue aimed at had
existed from the beginning
we would have avoided a lot
of problems .
